Qualifications: M.Sc in any of the following areas: Biochemistry, Microbiology, Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry (Minimum 60 % Marks).
Emoluments: The candidate selected as Junior Research Fellow will draw Rs. 16,000/- per month plus 20% HRA.
Job Description & Desired Knowledge: Candidate should have expertise in the areas of Microbiology, Environmental Biotechnology and Analytical Biochemistry. Candidates with prior work/research experience in these areas will be preferred.
General Terms&Conditions:
1. The candidates selected for the above post will be on contract for one year or duration of the project whichever is shorter, at a time.
2. No hostel/ housing facility will be provided.
3. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview, if called for.

Consolidated Monthly Pay: Rs. 18,000/- + 20% HRA (For MTech/ME)
Rs. 16,000/- + 20% HRA (For BTech/BE, M.Sc.)
Qualification and Experience:
Essential: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Materials Science and Engineering/ Materials Engineering/ Metallurgical Engineering/ Ceramic Engineering, M.Sc. in Physics/ Materials Science
Desirable: highly motivated students willing to do both experiments and calculations are requested to apply. A strong background in thermodynamics and kinetics as well as very good communication and writing skills is required.
Terms: 1 year (extendable every year up to 2 years depending on performance)
